미술관에서의 전시 BPR 모델 연구

This study is to analyze the poor domestic art museum environment and the functional role of them and to understand procedural problems of the repeated exhibition project in the art museum. Also it is to solove a method approaching to exhibition BPR. For it, firstly this study is going to regard the followings as problems, namely the inefficiency of art museum business, the indiscreet use of exhibition project knowledges or the fewer use of them, and the poorer research of art museum. Secondly, this study is expected to try process approach and system approach by poll, reference to documents, and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Thirdly, this study is scheduled to propose a model for the method approaching to rational and accurate exhibition BPR.
First of all, this study investigated into existing art museum works dividing to major-middle-minor divisions and analyzed participants' types of exhibition business workflow for being doing cording. As dividing exhibition business workflow into the start and the end, this study set up explanatory notes as preparation, recognition, examination, confirmation, and meeting and did cording. Based on digital cording values like this, this study proposed process model of exhibition business workflow.
It is expected to make a scientific social contribution to the maximizing efficiency of exhibition management in the art museum, the management innovation, and the practical increase of exhibition knowledge by museum managers and curators.
