노동경력 배열분석을 통해 본 외환위기 전후 노동시장의 구조변화

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 배열분석을 통하여 노동경력 유형의 시기별 변화를 분석해봄으로써, 외환위기를 전후하여 한국노동시장 구조에 어떤 변화가 있었는지를 추적해보고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 노동시장의 분절기준으로 거론되어온 직종, 기업규모, 고용형태, 젠더 등 가운데에서 어떤 분절선이 중요하게 작동하며, 어떤 분절선은 의미를 상실했는지 그리고 다양한 분절기준들 사이의 상호작용은 어떻게 이루어지는지 분석해보고자 하였다. 또한 생애주기 관점을 도입하여 청년기, 중장년기, 은퇴기별로 노동경력의 유형변화를 관찰함으로써 노동시장구조 변화가 특정 하위 집단에 집중되었는지 여부를 고찰해 보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The author tried to trace the structural change of the Korean labor market before and after the economic crisis. The analysis of the work career pattern using sequence analysis made it possible to find out which is the main dividing factor among occupation, firm size, employment type and gender in labor market segmentation. The author applied life-course perspectives to find out whether the effect of structural change in the labor market is concentrated to specific life stage like entry careers and late careers.
