1930년대 후반 카프 소설에 나타난 인물의 주체 구성 방식 연구 -한설야의 <황혼>를 중심으로-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 한설야 황혼에 나타난 인물의 주체 구성 방식을 밝히는 것이었다. 궁극적으로는 1930년대 후반 일제 파시즘 상황에서 상징질서에 포섭되지 않은 사회주의적 새로운 주체의 탄생을 가늠해 보려 했다.
황혼은 중심 인물인 여순이 새로운 상징질서를 상상하면서 억압적 상징질서의 이데올로기에 순응하지 않는 유동적 주체를 재정립하는 과정을 형상화한 것이다. 이러한 유동적 주체가 현현하는 서사 방식은 주체 전복으로서의 사랑 서사와 주체 재건으로서의 노동서사였다.
여순의 사랑 서사는 근대 초기의 반봉건적 자유 연애와 계몽적 조력자적 사랑, 그리고 그 동안 여자의 일생을 지배했던 성적 억압인 애욕적 사랑을 전복하는 과정이었다. 즉 여순은 지식인 계급의 현실추수주의와 제국적 종속 천민 자본주의를 거부하고 새로운 삶을 지향하는 유동적 주체를 정립했다.
여순의 노동서사는 문명의 집합이며 증명이 끝난 지식을 집대성한 책을 통해 과거 타자와 대면하면서 근대적 문명인으로 성장하는 과정, 그리고 현실의 구체적 노동자 인물인 매개적 인물 집단을 통해 현재의 타자와 대면하면서 스스로 반성하고 새로운 삶의 준거를 정립하는 과정, 마지막으로 노동자의 실천적 집단 행동을 통해 끝없이 미래 타자와 대면하면서 새로운 이상적 시공간을 발견하고 새로운 주체를 재건하는 과정이었다.
이상에서 황혼의 주체 전복으로서의 사랑서사는 반성적 주체를 인식하는 과정이었고, 그리고 주체 재건으로서의 노동서사는 실천을 통해 새로운 주체를 재정립하는 과정이었다. 즉 여순은 자기반성과 객관적 현실인식, 그리고 노동계급의 집단적 실천 과정을 통해 유동적 주체를 정립했다.

The objective of this paper examines the way of characters' subject construction in Han Seol-ya's Twilight. Ultimately, this study aims to confirm the new socialistic subject that wasn't included in the symbolic system under the rule of Japanese fascism in the late 1930s.
The main character, Yeosoon, in Twilight represents the process reorganizing mobile subject that imagines new symbolic order and doesn't conform to the repressive ideology of symbolic order. The narrative mode mobile subject manifests is a love narrative as subversion of the subject and a labor narrative as reconstruction of the subject.
Her love narrative was the process subverting antifeudalistic free love, enlightening helper's love in the early modern and lustful love like sexual repression having ruled women's lifetime in that time. That is, she denied the blind realism of intellectual class and the pariah capitalism subordinate to the imperialism and established mobile subject desiring a new life.
Her labor narrative is any kind of process. First, it is the process growing to be a civilized modern human encountering the past Other through a book which is a group of civilization and compiles the proved knowledge.
