산업별 흡수능력 형성 메커니즘의 기술혁신 성과에 대한 효과성

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 기업이 기술혁신을 관리하고 촉진하는데 영향을 주는 요인으로 흡수능력을 제시하고, 이러한 흡수능력이 어떤 메커니즘에 의해 변화되는지를 알아봄으로써 흡수능력의 형성과정에 대한 이해와 구축을 모색하고자 한다. 흡수능력이란 새로운 정보의 가치를 인식(recognize)하고, 그것을 소화(assimilate)하고, 상업적인 목적으로 적용(apply)할 수 있는 능력이라고 할 수 있다. 외부로부터 새로운 지식을 받아들일 수 있는 흡수 능력이 저마다 다르기 때문에 이로 인한 성과 차이가 발생할 수 있으므로 조직은 외부에서 습득하고 창출된 지식을 잘 활용하기 위한 방안에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 흡수능력 형성 메커니즘이 기술혁신 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 한다. 연구결과는 기업들이 기술혁신 관리와 촉진을 위한 R&D를 계획하고 수행하는데 있어 효과적인 경영전략과 기술혁신 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is intended to suggest absorptive capacity as factors that have effects on a firm's managing and promoting technological innovations, as well as to seek understanding and construction of the formation process of absorptive capacity by looking into when mechanism changes such an absorptive capacity. Absorptive capability refers to the ability of a firm to recognize the value of new information, assimilate it and apply it to commercial ends. Now that absorptive capability for new knowledge from the outside differs in each organization which therefore may brings different performances, an organization appears to carry out systematic studies as to methods for good use of the knowledge acquired and created from the outside. Thus, this study aims to what effects the absorptive capability formation mechanism has on technological innovation performance. Study findings are expected to bring benefits in building effective business strategies and technological innovation strategies when businesses plan and implement R&D for technological innovation management and promotion.
