폴란드 가족주의와 가족정책

국문 초록 (Abstract)

요약
이 연구는 중동구 유럽에 속하는 폴란드의 가족주의와 가족정책을 고찰함으로써 기존 가족 논의의 외연과 깊이를 확장하는데 일조하고자 하는 목적을 갖는다.
본 연구는 폴란드 가족주의에 대해서는 2002년 ISSP 조사 결과를 바탕으로 기술 분석을 하였고, 폴란드 가족정책 파트는 출산관련 정책을 간략히 정리하였다.
폴란드는 현재 세계 많은 국가들과 마찬가지로 극적인 가족 변화를 겪고 있으면서 현실적 필요나 욕구와 실제 제약들 사이에서 갈등하는 중이다. 다양한 가족 변화의 실재, 일과 가정의 양립 갈등, 성별 분업에 대한 관념과 현실의 괴리 등이 그것이다.
향후 폴란드의 변화된 가족 실재나 관념 그리고 현실적 필요나 욕구에 맞는 다양한 가족 정책과 지원이 필요할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of study is expansion of existing family argument through of familism and family policies in Poland belonging to the mid-eastern europe.
This study has analyzed about the familism in Poland into ISSP data(2002) and in other parts, it has briefly summarized about the family policies in Poland (focused on maternity policy).
Like many other countries, Poland has been put amidst of family changes and Poland has been caught between families needs and their many restrictions.
Their main restrictions include realities of diverse families changes, work-family(self) conflicts,
detachment of the actual and the an idea of gender work division etc.
From now on, Poland must be needed a variety of family policies and supports in according to changs of families.
