웹 블러그 재이용의도:이용동기와 블러그 품질을 통한 실증분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

웹 블로그에 관한 연구는 주로 미디어적인 관점이나 마케팅 도구, 사용자 이용의도 파악에 영향을 미치는 변수 규명에 초점을 두고 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 블로그 서비스 제공자가 지각해야 하는 품질과 사용자의 이용동기 요인에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적으로 이루어져왔다. 본 연구는 웹 블로그 서비스 제공자가 고객에게 제공하는 블로그 품질요인과 서비스 이용자가 실제 이용하려는 의도가 사용자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고, 블로그 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석을 구조방정식을 통해 실시하였다.
분석결과, 품질요인에서 디자인과 시스템 품질보다는 블로그의 내용과 콘텐츠의 적정성 등 정보품질 요인이 사용자 만족에 중요한 변수로 나타났으며, 블로그에서 나타나는 상호간의 교류와 블로그의 유행, 즐거움 등의 동기요인이 이용자 태도에 중요하게 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 블로그가 담고 있는 최신의 유행 정보나 내용, 콘텐츠의 다양함이 이용자 태도에 긍정적인 요인으로 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Studies on web blogs have emphasized as marketing tools, media channels, or factors affecting users' usage, neglecting the service orientation of web blog in regarding the relationship between visitors motivation and bog quality. The purpose of this study is to investigate blog users intention of revisit the blog, considering the quality of the blog provided by the service provider and the users' purpose of visit the blog.
The findings of the study show that when building a web blog, timeliness, playfulness, vogue of the web blog content is more important than the design, or the system side of the blog. In other words, the up-to-date, various useful information of the blog is more positively related to the attitude of blog users.
