심미적 범주로서의 성차와 여성 주체

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 전통적인 심미주의(aestheticism)와 여성주의 문화 담론의 리얼리즘 반영 이론 및 인과적 효과 이론을 모두 비판하고, 심미적 액티비즘(aesthetic activism)을 통해 심미적 범주로서의 성차와 여성 주체를 논의한다. 본 논문의 1장에서는 전통 미학의 탈성별화된 내포적 주체(implied subject)를, 2장에서는 기존 여성주의 미학에서의 여성적 응시와 실제 주체(real subject, historical subject)를 비판적으로 분석한다. 3장에서 심미적 액티비즘을 본격적으로 논의하는 데, 그것은 확장된 심미주의와 가설적 주체(hypothetical subject)에 기반한다. 마지막으로 4장에서는 여성 주체의 심미적 액티비즘의 사례로서 멜로드라마와 심미적 커뮤니티를 논의한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this essay, I criticizes both of the traditional aestheticism and the established feminist cultural theory such as realist reflection theory or causal effective theory. Then I insist the aesthetic activism and suggest the gender difference as an aesthetic category and female subject. In the first chapter, I critically analyse the degendered implied subject of traditional aesthetics and in the second chapter, the female gaze and historical subject of the existing feminist aesthetics. In the third chapter, I research the aesthetic activism which is founded on the expanded aestheticism and hypothetical subject. In the last chapter, I discuss the melodramas and aesthetic communities of women as an example of aesthetic activism.
