The aim of this study is to consider the reading of <陶山十二曲> in the educational discourse.
Since the 1st curriculum[敎授要目], <陶山十二曲> has been put in <Korean>(Korean Language Text Book) without exception. But after 6th curriculum, <陶山十二曲> is put in not <Korean>, a required subject, but <Literature>, an optional subject.
The special part of <陶山十二曲> has been put in repeatedly, especially 11th part. This trend implied that the special part of <陶山十二曲> put contained some teaching and some literary figure of speech. Because of this reason, <陶山十二曲> has been put in <Korean> and <Literature>.
And up to the present, We teach <陶山十二曲> by regaining the homogeneity. But in future, we teach it for using imaginative power of heterogeneity.
