In this study, we investigated HC level by changing cylinder head intake port shape, piston and intake valve size in 2.0^ℓ DOHC engine. Among these parameters tumble ratio and piston have strong impact on HC reduction.<br/>
Based on test result the change spec of tumble ratio 0.7, modified piston and current inner seat diameter show excellent results.<br/>
