      In this study, we considered ways to provide important maintenance information to building operators who want to obtain practical benefits through the “Mechanical Equipment performance Inspection Business” conducted from 2022.<BR/> The available survival life of mechanical equipment was investigated and compared with the “economic useful life” of mechanical equipment presented in the performance inspection manual. By reviewing the performance degradation model considering the level of maintenance and aging, the development direction of mechanical facility performance inspection that can provide effective information in terms of maintenance to building operators was sought.
