The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of the value factors by demographic characteristics, and the relation of value factors and selection factors of travel Agency. First factor analysis from cluster-sampled of 204 respondents yielded the five value factors: self realization oriented, the happiness oriented, the responsibility oriented, harmony oriented, and the family oriented. Second factor analysis yielded the six selection factors of travel agency: the customer services of employees, the service of travel products, the services of payment ways, compensation & trust services, the reputation & size of the travel agency, and the convenience.
Finally, the value factors were found significant differences by the age, and educational background. According to the correlation analysis, the selection factors of travel agency were found correlated with the customer services of employees, the payment ways, and the compensation and trust factors.
