산림복지서비스 이용객의 활동 경험, 인지도 및 만족도 분석: 연도별 및 이용객 특성별 차이 분석|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2020년부터 2023년까지의 산림휴양·복지활동 조사의 원자료를 활용하여, 산림휴양·복지활동 참여 양상, 만족도, 그리고 프로그램과 시설 인지도에 대한 연도별, 성별, 연령별, 가구소득별, 지역규모별 차이를 분석하였다. 주요 결과로는 첫째, 일상형 활동 참여 목적이 “건강 증진”에서 “휴양 및 휴식”으로 변화하는 경향이 나타났으며, 당일형 활동 참여율은 연도별로 감소하고, 숙박형 활동 참여율은 여전히 낮은 수준을 유지하였다. 둘째, 연령별 분석에서는 연령이 증가할수록 산림휴양·복지활동 참여율이 전반적으로 높아지는 경향을 보였으나, 60세 이상 고령층에서 산림휴양·복지 프로그램과 시설에 대한 인지도와 이용 경험은 가장 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가구소득이 높을수록 당일형 및 숙박형 활동 참여율이 높아지는 반면, 소득이 낮을수록 일상형 활동 참여율이 높은 경향을 보였으며, 소득이 산림복지서비스 참여와 접근성에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 점이 확인되었다. 넷째, 읍면지역은 산림휴양·복지 프로그램과 시설의 인지도, 이용 경험, 이용 의향에서 대도시보다 낮은 수준으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 성별과 연령별로 차별화된 프로그램을 개발하고, 특히 고령층과 여성의 숙박형 활동 참여를 촉진할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. 또한, 저소득층의 산림복지활동 참여를 높이기 위한 경제적 지원과 교통비 보조, 저렴한 숙박시설 제공 등의 방안이 필요하며, 읍면지역 주민의 접근성 개선과 홍보 전략 강화가 중요한 과제로 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed participation patterns, satisfaction, and awareness of forest recreation and welfare programs using data from the 2020–2023 Forest Recreation and Welfare Activity Survey. Differences were examined by year, gender, age, household income, and regional size. The results show a shift in daily activities from “health promotion” to “recreation and relaxation” as a primary purpose, with decreasing participation in day-long activities and consistently low participation in overnight activities. Participation increased with age but remained low among those aged 60 and older in terms of program awareness and usage. Higher income correlated with greater participation in both day-long and overnight activities, while lower-income groups favored daily activities, highlighting income as a key factor in accessibility. Rural residents reported lower awareness, experience, and participation intentions compared to urban areas. The study recommends developing tailored programs by age and gender, promoting overnight activities among older adults and women, offering financial support for low-income groups, and enhancing accessibility and outreach in rural areas.
