Burkitt Lymphoma : Radiologic Imaging 방사선학적 소견 = Burkitt 림파종

국문 초록 (Abstract)

Burkitt 림파종은 1958년에 Burkitt이 처음 보고한 종양으로 미분화된 B-림파구에서 기원하는 악성종양이며 아프리카에서 호발하는 림파종과 그외 지역에서 호발하는 두 가지 종류가 있다. Burkitt 림파종은 일반 림파종과 비교하여 임상양상과 방사선학적 소견에 차이점이 많다. 또한 전산화단층촬영(CT)과 초음파검사(US)를 비롯한 방사선학적 검사는 종양의 진단외에도 종양의 크기와 범위, 수술유무의 적절성, 주위 장기로의 침범유무, 치료후의 경과판정 및 재발유무를 정확히 알 수 있는 장점이 있다.
저자들은 상행결장과 공장에서 발생한 Burkitt 림파종 2예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

African Burkitt lymphoma was initially described by Burkitt in 1958. This is malignant neoplasm which occurred in Africa, endemic area, but also in non-endemic area, derived from undifferentiated B-cell lymphocytes. Radiologic studies provide informations about tumor bulk, extent, adequacy of surgical debunking, compromise of adjacent vital organs, response to chemotherapy and evidence of recurrence.
We reported two cases of non-endemic Burkitt lymphoma with review of literatures.
