      This experiment were carried out to find the characteristic of textured surface bearing disk vary within the holes density and the depth itself. Holes were formed by ultrasonic machine (USM), with a diameter of 0.534 mm and a depth of about 2 – 4 mm and distributed on the contact surface with density between 1.37-2.23%. Nine kinds of textured specimen using typical trends of graph and photograph, which are taken using scanning electron microscope. The effect of holes density and its depth on friction coefficient was reported and discussed.
