패션에 나타난 디지털 자연주의 디자인의 표현특성에 관한 연구 = A study on expressional characteristics of design of digital naturalism appeared in fashion

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급변하는 디지털 문명은 디지털 테크놀로지를 일반화시키는 양상을 보여주며 예술에 디지털이 결합되어져 예술영역이 아날로그와 차별화된 다양한 특성을 보여주며 확장되고 있다. 그 결과 자연 형태, 자연이미지에 상반된 디지털이 결합되어져 전통적인 자연주의 예술과 차별화된 디지털 자연주의 디자인의 양상을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 전통적인 자연주의에 디지털이 결합된 디지털 자연주의의 개념을 선행연구논문과 전문서적을 중심으로 정립하고 이를 근거로 패션디자인에 다양하게 전개되고 있는 디지털 자연주의 패션디자인의 표현 특성을 이론화하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 자연주의 디자인은 자연주의 철학과 문학에서 출발한 자연주의 사고에서 그 근원을 찾아 볼 수 있었으며 그 결과 패션디자인에서도 디지털 자연주의 디자인의 양상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패션에 나타난 디지털 자연주의의 특성은 ``디지털을 결합한 자연이미지 생성``, ``패션표면의 디지털화``, ``디지털 미디어와 결합된 비물질화``, ``자연의 감응성과 상호작용성 표현`` 등으로 이론화 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 패션에 나타난 디지털 자연주의 디자인의 표현 특성을 분석한 결과 전통적인 패션디자인과 차별화된 디지털 시대적 패러다임을 반영한 디자인의 의미를 찾아 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해서 디자인 영역 간에 상호관계성을 파악할 수 있었으며 동시에 패션디자인에 나타난 디지털 자연주의 디자인의 독자적인 특성을 이론화하고 그 의미를 제시할 수 있었는데 이를 본 연구의 의의라 하겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research establishes the concept to digital naturalism combining digital with traditional naturalism and theorizes the characteristics of expressions that have been variously developed in fashion design. The results of this research are as follows; First, the root of the digital naturalist design can be found in naturalism ideas starting from naturalist philosophy and literature and consequently, it appears as digital naturalist design in fashion design as well. Second, characteristics of digital naturalist appeared in fashion include generation of natural image combining with digital, digitalizing the surface of fashion, non-materializing combined with digital media, and natural sensing and interaction expressions. Third, as a result of analyzing the expressional characteristics of digital naturalistic design appeared in fashion, we can find the meaning of design reflecting digital paradigm of the time which is differentiated form traditional fashion design. This research is meaningful that it helped to understand the mutual relations between design areas, theorize the own line of digital naturalistic design appeared in fashion design at the same time and present the meaning.
