동북아농정연구포럼(FANEA) 2013 활동보고서 = 2013 FANEA Annual Report

국문 초록 (Abstract)

제9회 FANEA국제심포지엄은 2013년 7월 10일 일본 센다이 호케클럽센다이 호텔에서 개최하였으며, ‘환경변화 대응과 자연재해로부터의 복구",‘양적, 질적 식량안보"라는 두 가지 어젠다별로 한·중·일 3개국 관련 전문가가 총 6개의 논문을 발표하고 토론하였다.
우리 연구원에서는 최세균 원장을 비롯한 6명이 국제심포지엄에 좌장, 발표자 및 토론자로 참석하였으며, 중국농업과학원 농업경제발전연구소는 마 페이부소장을 포함한 6명, 일본은 농림수산정책연구소 야스오 와타나베 소장을 비롯해 8명이 참석하였다.
심포지엄 개최 전에 3개 기관의 기관장이 모여 한·중·일 공동연구 추진, 연구협력 방안, 인적 교류 확대 등에 관해 사전 토의 시간을 가졌으며, 제10회 FANEA국제심포지엄 테마에 대해 논의하였다. 논의 결과, 한·중·일 모두에게 농업, 농촌 분야의 주요 현안인 “농업의 신가치 창출과 6차산업화” 를 주요 의제로 하여 제10회 FANEA국제심포지엄의 어젠다를 설정하기로 하였다. 내년도 FANEA국제심포지엄은 10회로 특별한 의미가 있는 만큼 정부, 언론, 학계의 관심을 극대화하기 위해 서울에서 개최하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 3개국이 잠정 합의하였다.
3개 기관의 기관장 회의에서는 한?중?일 3개국의 6차산업 비교연구를 수행하기로 하였으며, 각 기관별로 책임연구원을 한명씩 지정하여 각 국의 6차산업 현장을 함께 조사하면서 상호 협의를 통해 연구를 수행하기로 협의하였다. 연내 책임연구원 간 연구협의회를 개최하고 추후 세부 일정 등을 수립하기로 하였으며 각 연구기관의 연구 결과를 보고서로 출판하여 제10회 FANEA에서 발표하기로 협의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The ninth FANEA international symposium was held on July 10, 2013 at Hotel Hokke Club Sendai, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. Six papers were presented and discussions ensued among experts from Korea, China and Japan on two agendas, namely "Response to the Environmental Changes and Recovery from Natural Disasters" and "Food Security in Terms of Quantity and Quality."
From the Korean side, President Choi Sei-kyun of the Korea Rural Economic Institute and five researchers from the institute participated in the symposium. China and Japan also took part with six and eight members. Among them were Ma Fei, Deputy Director General of the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Development (Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences) and Yasuo Watanabe, Director General of Japan"s Policy Research Institute (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries).
Prior to the symposium, the three heads of the institutes had discussions on how to conduct joint research and promote research cooperation and human exchanges among them. They also had a discussion on the theme of the 10th FANEA symposium and set the main theme as "the 6th industrialization of agriculture and the creation of new value in the agricultural industry. They tentatively agreed to hold the 10th FANEA symposium in Seoul, Korea.
