In this paper, we suggested a reconfigurable and fault recoverable switch structure which has a pseudo NMR mode. A system incorporating this switch structure can use the pseudo NMR mode which can utilize triple module core and all available spare processors in the system so as to provide minimum delay time as compared to the normal hybrid fault tolerant systems which has a startup delay of a dormant spare unit. In case this fast switching isn't required, it ca be used as a normal hybrid fault tolerant system. The reliability of a system incorporating this switch structure is almost the same as that of a system without this switch structure when used as a normal hybrid fault tolerant system and is slightly lower in a pseudo NMR mode.
