Most engine oil consumption today as to increasing of a car imposes a heavy burden on time and economics to consumer. This paper analyzes interrelation of the conductivity and capacitance at appropriate temperature measurement in engine oil. When measuring the capacitance in existing semiconductor form, the various metal sludge precipitation or solidification in the oil which sticks to the sensor in order to protect the corrosion of electrode becoming the corrosion with deposited nitride because of the engine oil oxidizes, it protected the electrode of the sensor. It measure the signal of the sensor with PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) circuit and conductivity circuit. It confirms the deterioration sensing method which is caused by the contamination and oxidation of engine oil that it informs appropriate period engine oil exchange to driver. M
