고령자를 고려한 주택 개조 평가도구 개발 = Developing A of Home Modification Evaluation Tool for the Elderly - Focused on Self-rated Health Evaluation -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently there has been a growing interest in health due to active aging of elderly people, and subjective health measurement is emerging as a survey tool to measure the health of the elderly, such as chronic diseases, which require management from various perspectives. Especially, from the viewpoint of aging in place, it is necessary to study the housing remodeling plan considering the health characteristics of elderly people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a home improvement evaluation tool considering the elderly. This study can be used as a basic data for healthy aging of elderly people in housing by deriving an evaluation tool for home remodeling items considering subjective evaluation of chronic diseases and ability of daily living.
