전라남도 경영안정자금이 중소기업 지속성장에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 정부의 중소기업 정책자금 지원제도를 살펴보고, 전라남도 중소기업육성자금 중, 경영안정자금의 지원현황과 지원 실적을 바탕으로 경영자금지원이 중소기업의 지속성장에 영향을 주고 있는지를 분석하여, 그 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 전라남도 경영안정자금을 지원받은 기업의 대표자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 200부를 최종 분석자료로 사용하였다. 구조방정식 모형에 따른 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0 과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 조사대상자들의 인구사회학적 특성과 주요변수에 대한 전반적인 결과를 확인하기 위해 Pearson 상관관계계수, 구조방정식모형 분석, 매개효과 및 Bootstrap Test로 간접효과의 유의성 검증을 실시하였다. 결론적으로 경영안정자금 지원은 기업의 지속성장에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 기업의 경영성과가 향상되고, 고용창출이 확대됨으로서 최종적으로 기업의 지속성장에 영향을 준다는 결과가 도출되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study reviewed the government’s policy fund support programs for mid-to-small businesses; analyzed whether the Management Stabilization Fund had any impact on sustainable growth of mid-to-small businesses (based on current status and actual result of providing Management Stabilization Fund as a part of the Jeonranamdo Mid-to-small Enterprise Development Fund); and attempted to identify the implications of the review and the analysis. Representatives of businesses which received the Jeonranamdo Management Stabilization Fund were surveyed, and total of 200 sets of answers were used as the final data for analysis. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the data under the structural equation model. Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation model analysis, mediated effect and Bootstrap Test were used to test for significance of indirect effect, to check the overall result of characteristics (in terms of sociology of population) and major variables of the respondents. Conclusively, it was found that provision of Management Stabilization Fund has no direct effect on sustainable growth of businesses, but ultimately affect sustainable growth of businesses by improving management performance and increasing the number of jobs created.
