The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between some key factors of customer-supplier partnership and (1) the overall level of satisfaction with the partner and (2) the quality of partnership with the partner. Additionally, to determine whether some survey respondents' profile have an impact on the customer-supplier joint action, the regression analysis was performed.
