The purpose of this study is to overcome the worsening of the welfare center and to realize the housing welfare of the elderly people who are in the vulnerable group of the elderly through the community rehabilitation for the elderly living households in the aged residential area of Donggu - The purpose of this study is to explore the urban regeneration with self - resident initiative.
There are a lot of elderly people living in old houses with poor residential environment around us.
We will create a living space where elderly people can share and stay together to restore the alienated and helpless relationship and give new value to the community.
We want to share this value in the community and create a new way of life.
