검도 지도자의 신뢰와 수련만족이 재등록의도에 미치는 영향 = Influences of Trust in Kumdo Instructors and Satisfaction with Training on Intention for Re-registration

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 검도 수련 지도자 신뢰와 수련 만족이 재등록의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2015년 서울특별시와 경기도에 소재한 검도장에서 수련생을 모집단으로 본 연구의 목적에 부합된다고 판단한 남자 285명, 여자 75명, 총 426명을 편의표본추출(convenience sampling)방법으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인 분석과 신뢰도 분석, 독립 t-검증(independent samples t-test), 일원변량분산분석(One-way ANOVA)과 Duncan방법을 이용한 다중비교분석(multiple comparison analysis), 상관분석(correlation analysis), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 성별에서는 지도자 능력, 교육프로그램, 재등록 의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 연령에서의 경우 지도자 성실성, 능력, 지도자 만족, 시설 만족에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 수련기간에 있어서는 지도자 성설성, 능력, 시설만족, 재등록 의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 수련기간에 있어서는 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 수련 횟수에 있어서는 시설만족을 제외한 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 지도자 신뢰, 수련만족, 재등록의도 모든 요인에서 정적(+)상관이 있는 것으로 나타내었다. 마지막으로 지도자 신뢰의 성실성, 수련 만족의 지도자 만족, 교육프로그램만족은 재등록 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 검도 지도자의 신뢰와 수련만족은 재등록의도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze how trust in kumdo instructors and satisfaction with training might affect intention for re-registration. For this, the study selected 426 persons in total (285 males, 75 females) using convenience sampling method from the trainees at kumdo training studios situated in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do in 2015, who were deemed to be appropriate for the purpose of this study. Using SPSS ver 18.0 program for the collected data, the study conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent samples t-test, multiple comparison analysis via One-way ANOVA and Duncan method, correlation analysis as well as multiple regression analysis. The study had findings as below. First, by gender, there were statistically significant differences in terms of trust in instructors, education programs and intention for re-registration, and in the case of age, there were statistically significant differences in terms of instructor"s sincerity, their capability, satisfaction with facility, intention for re-registration, while in the area of training period, there were statistically significant differences in all factors. Also related with the number of training, there were statistically significant differences in all factors except satisfaction with facility. Second, all factors of trust in instructors, satisfaction with training and intention for re-registration had positive relationships. Lastly, trust in instructor"s sincerity relative to trust in instructors, satisfaction with instructors relative to satisfaction with training, satisfaction with education programs affected intention for re-registration. Considering all above results, the study could conclude that trust in kumdo instructors and satisfaction with training affect intention for re-registration.
