유치원 교사를 위한 컴퓨터 교육 연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 = A Survey for Development of A Computer Training Program for Early Childhood Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유아교육에서의 컴퓨터 활용은 유아들이 가지는 특성과 컴퓨터 사용의 발달적 적합성에 논의들이 많았지만, 현재는 여러 논의를 거쳐 잘 계획된 컴퓨터 활용은 교육적 효과가 높다는 의견이 주를 이루고 있다. 특히나 최근 양질의 소프트웨어들이 보급되면서 컴퓨터는 유아들에게 새로운 교육 환경이 되고 있다. 유아 컴퓨터 교육이 성공을 거두기 위해서는 교사들이 컴퓨터에 대해 가지는 태도와 인식 그리고 활용기술이 가장 중요한 변인이 된다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 아직 유치원에 컴퓨터를 도입하는 것에 대한 뚜렷한 교육목적이나 구체적인 활용방안이 제시되지 못하고 있으며, 지금까지 실시되었던 교사교육도 대부분이 컴퓨터에 관한 기초지식이나 조작법에 관한 것이고 컴퓨터를 유아교육 현장에 활용할 수 있는 구체적이고 실제적인 방법들은 부족하다. 이는 지금껏 실시되었던 교사교육 프로그램들이 교사들의 요구에 근거하지 못함으로 해석된다.
이에 본 연구에서는 유치원 교사들이 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 올바른 인식과 태도를 형성하고 구체적인 컴퓨터 활용기술을 익힐 수 있는 컴퓨터 교육 연수 프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 제기하고, 이런 프로그램의 개발에 앞서 컴퓨터 교육 연수에 대한 교사들의 실질적인 요구를 알아보고자 한다. 요구조사는 유치원 교사를 대상으로 컴퓨터교육 연수 프로그램에 대한 교사들의 전반적인 인식, 프로그램 운영방법, 예상되는 컴퓨터 교육 연수 연수 프로그램 내용, 연수방법, 연수자에 대하여 실시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to survey for Development of A Computer Training Program for Early Childhood Teachers. The major findings of this study were as below:
Most of the teachers responded to survey recognized the needs for computer training to prepare teaching and working in schools at 21st century. The teachers expected to learn skills to manipulate computers most through the continuous practice. They preferred having the computer training the programs designed to meet trainee's needs.
As for the subjects of the training, computer skill was the highest demand but still the areas for intelligence and attitude were quite high needs. It was told that the training system and director should be selected in many ways depending on the training subjects and the evaluation of the training should not be formality but rather being practical experience evaluation. As for the training time, most of the opinions preferred to be done on the vacation time and for the actual conducting time is suitable to be 1∼2 hours with flexibility.
It is needed to organize the class depending on the different levels which is researched primarily also many opinions were agreed to learn the real activity centered training course which can be used in the classroom thus the training course should have many actual experience. For the facility of the training place, there has to be enough number of computers for every trainees so they could have chance to know about the computer during the course.
