다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To establish the disabled facilities required by national laws, reference has been made to Tokyo welfare street making regulation in Japan and facilities advancement security act for disabled people, the elderly and pregnant women in Korea.
My study has compared the differing standards relating to buildings and facilities, outdoor spaces and other amenities such as parking areas, doors, ramps, stairs etc, provided for the convenience of disabled people in both of countries.
The objective of national laws has been to provide facilities suited to the special needs of disabled people and to remove barriers that would otherwise exclude them from areas or activities. Accordingly, the principal study has been to estimate about valuable guide disabled people as well as the general people then to make indiscriminate outdoor space so that disabled people must to travel provided facilities easily.
