금융실명제의 경제적 효과 = The Economic Effects of the Introduction of the Real Name Financial Transaction System

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 금융실명제가 최근 수년간의 신용경색과 그에 따른 전반적 경기침체의 주범이라는 가설의 검정을 위한 한 이론적 모형을 제시한다. '지하금융'을 대표하는 사금융기관과 '지상금융'을 담당하는 공금융기관의 이중구조를 특징으로 하는 금융시장 모형을 이용하여 금융실명제 전격도입에 따른 초기충격의 효과, 가차명 자산의 실명전환의 효과 및 금융소득종합과세의 효과를 각각 분석해 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper presents a theoretical model for testing the often-asserted hypothesis that the Real Name Financial Transaction System is one of the main causes of the credit crunch and business failures which has led to the overall recession of the Korean economy in recent years. The model emphasize, among others, the dualistic financial structure characterized by the interaction between the official financial intermediaries and the unofficial that is still one of the main features of the Korean economy.
