현대시 교육에서 감각적 체험의 활성화 전략 연구 = A Study on the Strategy for the Activation of Sensory Experience in Modern Poetry Education: Education on Appreciation of Modern Poetry as an Activity Dealing with Images

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글은 현대시 교육에서 주로 표상의 의미로만 다루어지고 있는 이미지의 한계를 극복하고, 이미지의의미와 역량을 새롭게 하기 위한 교육적 계기를 마련하기 위한 시도로 작성되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 회화를 활용하여 학습자가 감각적 체험의 본질을 이해하고, 이미지를 다루는 원리를 학습하는 감상 활동내용을 구안하였다. 둘째, 현대시 텍스트의 이미지들의 영향 관계를 의미화하는 활동을 통하여 학습자들이 이미지의 역학관계나 상호관련성을 이해하고, 시 감상에서 이미지라는 용어를 더욱 생산적인 의미로 사용할 수 있는 감상 활동 내용을 구안하고자 하였다. 이미지를 다루는 활동으로서의 현대시 감상교육이란 일종의 능동적이고 주체적인 작품 감상 원리를 의미한다. 본 연구는 감각과 이미지의 관계성을 살펴, 현대시의 감각적 체험이 이루어지는 장소로 이미지를 지정하고, 이미지를 기계적으로 분류하여 감상하는 방식이 아닌, 이미지가 생성되는 조건과 다루는 방식들을 학습하게 함으로써 작품 감상 시학습자가 시가 형상화하는 특수한 감각적 체험에 더욱 능동적으로 몰입할 수 있는 교육적 계기를 마련했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 또한, 교과 간 융합 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과성을 살펴보는 연구의 목적으로도 의미가 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article was written to provide an opportunity to renew the meaning of images in literary education. To this end first, we developed the contents of appreciation activities in which learners learn the principles of sensory experience by using conversation. Second, I created an appreciation activity to learn how to deal with images in poetry. Modern poetry appreciation education as an activity dealing with images means the principle of independent appreciation of works. This study examined the relationship between the senses and the image and designated the image as a place where the sensory experience of modern poetry takes place. By learning the conditions under which images are created and how they are handled, learners can more actively immerse themselves in the special sensory experiences that the poem embodies. It will also be meaningful as a study to develop an interdisciplinary convergence program and examine its effectiveness.
