다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the changes in community and factors influencing the sense of community in the neighborhood though the urban regeneration projects. Also this study used multiple regression, correlation analysis and T-test by using 262 households questionnaire as an empirical study. The results are as follows. First, the residents are more satisfied with ‘program business projects than physical renewal projects. Second, the Sense of Place Community in the Neighborhood changed positive after the Urban Regeneration Projects.
Third, We find out the relationship between the dependent factors of Community sense and the independent factors of urban regeneration projects.
Fourth, the influential variables on the willingness to partipate with are ‘sharing economy projects’, ‘the street renewal projects’ and ‘Reparing the houses’. Last, we have to focus on ‘sharing economy projects’ and ‘the community facilities’ for consolidating the trust in community and on ‘the promotion of locality’ for strengthening the sense of belonging in the neigborhood.
