The vehicle collision avoidance systems(VCAS) for safe driving are a sector of millimeter-wave applications.
These systems use the attenuation characteristics and linearity of the millimeter-wave. In order to increase the
distance and resolving to detect the target, the system needs an antenna with high gain and wide bandwidth.
Particularly, parabolic reflector antennas which can be applied to the radar technology of the Adaptive cruise
control(ACC) system uses conical horn antenna for the feeder. In this paper, we design and analyze a single
feeding conical horn antenna and a offset parabolic reflector antenna with a center frequency of 77 GHz that
can operate in the W-band. As a result, this paper is proposed the possibility of prototyping by offset reflector
antenna design for long range radar(LRR) system in millimeter-wave.
