위드 코로나 시대 성경적 관점에서 청소년 교육복지 실천 방안 = The Path to the Development of Youth Education and Welfare of the With COVID-19 Era from the Biblical Perspective

국문 초록 (Abstract)

‘위드 코로나(With Corona)’시대는 실질적으로 4차 산업혁명의 융합사회를 의미한다. 따라서 이 시기의 청소년 교육복지는 시대변화에 부합하는 ‘융합인재’의 양성에 있다. 일반적으로 문제해결 능력, 비판적 사고, 그리고 창의성 등 융합인재가 필요로 하는 역량과 그 역량을 함양하기 위해 지향해야 할 청소년 교육복지에 대해서는 다양한 이론이 있을 수 있다. 다만 본 논문은 청소년 교육복지를 교육 환경, 교육 방식, 교육 내용의 세 축으로 구성할 수 있다고 전제하고, 성경의 고유성의 관점에서 논의를 전개하였다. 이에 따라 논문은 먼저 사회적 관점의 복지와 성경적 복지의 차이를 설명하고, 그러한 복지를 실현하고자 하는 교육 역시 언급한 세 측면에서 달라야 한다고 본다. 물론 교회의 교육복지가 다양한 방식으로 시대의 변화에 대응하는 것은 좋다. 그러나 ‘영과 생명’인 성경이 어제나 오늘이나, 영원토록 진리인 것이 사실이라면, 교회가 시대의 변화를 따르는 것이 아니라, 시대의 변화가 성경적 교육복지의 길을 따라야 할 것이다. 특히 ‘Ontact’의 4차산업 혁명이 단순한 현상적 변화가 아니라 ‘Contact’로 상징할 수 있는, 근대의 수직적 패러다임과 ‘Untact’의 탈근대적 수평적 패러다임이 결합한 필연적 산물이며, 그 결합이 십자가형 패러다임이라는 점에서 더욱 그렇다. 가장 성경 적인 것이 가장 현실적이다. 따라서 오직 믿음(sola fide), 오직 성경(sola scriptura), 오직 은혜(sola Gratia)의 신앙으로, 묵묵히 자신에게 주어진 십자가의 길을 가는 ‘광야에서 외치는 소리들’이야말로, 모두 하나님이 기뻐하시는 교육복지를 실천하고 있는, ‘착하고 충성된 종들’이 될 것이다. 마지막으로 논문은 성경적 관점에서 인성, 지성, 영성의 십자가형 융합인재의 모델을 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The ‘With Corona’ era actually means a convergence society of the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore youth education and welfare during this period lies in fostering ‘convergence talents’ that meets the changes of the times. In general, there may be various theories about the competencies required for convergence talent, such as complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity, and about youth education and welfare that should be pursued to cultivate them. However, this paper presupposes that youth education and welfare can be composed of three axes: educational environment, educational method, and educational contents, and developed a discussion from the perspective of the uniqueness of the Bible. Accordingly, the thesis first explains the difference between biblical welfare and social welfare, and believes that education to realize such welfare should also be different in those three aspects. Of course, it is good for the church’s educational welfare to respond to changes in the times in various ways. But if it is true that the Bible of ‘Spirit and Life’ is the truth yesterday, today and forever, the church should not follow the changes of the times, but the changes of the times should follow the biblical path of educational welfare. This is especially true in that the Fourth Industrial Revolution of ‘Ontact’ is not just a phenomenal change, but an inevitable product of combination of the modern vertical paradigm of ‘Contact’ and the postmodern horizontal paradigm of ‘Untact’, and the combination is a crucifix paradigm. The most biblical is the most realistic. Therefore all ‘the Voices crying in the wilderness’ who silently go on the path of the cross given to them with ‘Only the faith’ (sola fide), ‘Only the Bible’ (sola scriptura), and ‘Only the grace’ (sola gratia) will be ‘good and loyal servants’ practicing the educational welfare that God is pleased with. Finally, the paper presents a model of crossshaped convergence talent with Personality, Intelligence and Spirituality from a biblical point of view.
