兎飼育에 依한 兎肉需要를 위한 農家의 實態分析에 關한 硏究 = A Research on the Actual State of Farmhouse for Demand of Rabbit Meat by Rabbit Raising

국문 초록 (Abstract)

兎飼育에 依한 兎肉의 需要를 위하여 農家의 實態를 調査 分析하였든 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.
1. 兎飼育을 한 經驗이 있는 農家는 21.9%에 不過하였으며 46.3%가 兎飼育을 먹기 위하여 飼育하였다고 한다.
따라서 兎肉에 關한 具體的인 長點에 對해 啓蒙 活動을 한다면 大部分의 農家를 兎肉 需要 農家로 吸收할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
2. 兎飼育을 하지 않는 理由는 귀찮아서 41.9%, 판로가 없어서 38.1%, 길러본 經驗이 없어서 14.4%, 기타 5.6%이라고 應答하였다.
3. 兎飼育은 46.3%가 먹기 위하여 飼育하였고 兎肉의 自給이 된다면 兎肉을 먹겠다고 92%가 應答하였다.
또한 조금만 부지런하면 93.8%가 兎飼育이 可能하다고 하였으며 소규모 飼育은 마음만 먹으면 언제라도 可能하다고 86.3%가 應答하였다. 畜産經營에 가장 比重이 큰 飼料도 85.6%가 自給할 수 있다고 하였다.
따라서 兎肉의 食品的 價値를 啓蒙하므로서 兎肉을 自給하는 것이 急先務임을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

We acquired following results from researching and analyzing the actual state of farm house for demand of rabbit meat by rabbit raising.
1. Only 21.9 percent of farmers have ever raised rabbit. Most of them have raised to eat rabbit meat. If we let the farmers know the good points of rabbit meat. Most of them will become customers of rabbit meat.
2. There are a number of reasons why farmers dislike to raise rabbit: Annoyance (41.9%), Don't find a market (38.1%), Have no experience (14.4%), Others (5.6%).
3. Most farmers answered as follows: If farmers are diligent, They can raise rabbit (93.8%) and A reason why farmers raise rabbit is to eat rabbit meat (46.3%). The most important problem to raise domestic animals is food for them, but most of farmers can get themselves food for rabbit.
They can raise rabbit any time.(86.3%). There fore, We must let the farmers know that rabbit meat is worth to be treated as an excellent food.
