대학 플립러닝 수업개선을 위한 수업 컨설팅 도구 개발 = Developmental Research of Instructional Consulting Tool for Improving Flipped Learning in Higher Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop a instructional consulting tool to support consultants to perform practical and systematic consulting on flipped learning instructions designed and implemented by university professors or instructors in higher education. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a literature review on the instructional design, teaching and learning strategies, and instructional consulting for flipped learning were conducted. Based on this, it was developed a draft of a instructional consulting tool based on items that can analyze the instructional phases of flipped learning (pre-class, in-class, after-class), the additional guides for each items, and a list of materials to refer for confirming the content of instructional consulting. The draft of the developed instructional consulting tool was validated twice by 5 experts in the field of flipped learning and instructional consulting in higher education. In addition, the external validity was implemented by 5 instructional consultants with experience in the instructional consulting to confirm whether this tool is applicable in the actual higher education. As a result of the research, the final instructional consulting tool with 21 items for analyzing flipped learning in higher education was developed. Finally, it was discussed about the applicability as a tool for self-instructional consulting, the flexible use of the instructional consulting tool according to the characteristics of instructions, providing various instructional resources for effective instructional consulting, the necessity of using various list of materials, and the appropriateness of additional guides for detailed explanation of each item.
