국문 초록 (Abstract)

전 세계적으로 드론은 이미 상업적 영역을 뛰어넘어 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있 으며, 인공지능(AI)․가상현실(VR)․자율주행 등의 키워드가 드론과 융합되는 기술적 성장을 하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 기술 및 연구개발은 아직까지 선진국의 부품이나 기초적인 소재를 이용하여, 연구 개발 사업에 적용하는 방향으로 구성되어 있다. 이유 는 우리나라의 드론 비행체 제조 원천기술이 주요 선진국보다 기술적으로 뒤쳐지기 때문이다. 특히 드론 비행체 디자인 및 기체 제조 부문은 장기간의 노하우와 자본력 및 대규모 도전적인 투자가 필요한 분야임에도 법제도적 한계로 인해 앞으로 나아가 지 못하고 있다. 위와 같은 국내의 환경에서 경찰드론순찰대에서 진행해야 하는 연구 개발의 도입 방향은 드론 탑재장비 및 통합운영기술 분야가 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 먼저 탑재장 비 분야는 임무의 목적 및 필요에 따라 각종 센서, 장비(Pan․Tilt) 등을 조합하여 구성하고 이를 일체화하여 현장 순찰차 데크 및 지상용 드론으로 진화하는 연구개발이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Globally, drone has already been used in various fields beyond the commercial field. In addition, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), autonomous navigation, and other keywords are fused with drones and technological growth. However, domestic technology and research and development are still applied to R&D projects using components and basic materials of advanced countries. The reason for this is that Korea's drones manufacturing technology is at an early stage of major developed countries. In particular, the design of drones and the body of drone’s manufacturing sector requires long-term research know-how and large-scale investment. However, due to legal system limitations, we can not go forward. In the above environment, the direction of R&D to be carried out at police drone patrol is suitable for drone mounted equipment and integrated operation technology field. First, in the field of mounted equipment, various sensors and equipment (Pan.Tilt) are combined according to the purpose and necessity of the mission. After that, it is necessary to integrate them into research and development to evolve into on-site patrol car decks and ground drone.
