The golf industry is growing fast with increasing leisure time and income, and changing preference of leisure sports. Therefore, to development golf industry, it is time to make a managing alternative based on service industry, understanding consumer satisfaction factors, and overcoming competition among competitors. As preceding study for the overall golf industry, this study is focused on the golf training center service.
The purpose of this study is to get a practical and theoretical suggestion by examining closely how the service quality can effect the relationship between the service quality factors perceived by customers and the level of the satisfaction by customers, focusing on the service offered by the golf training center.
