교사들의 자기성찰을 위한 교육문화 만들어가기 = Creating an Education Culture for Self-reflection of Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

‘가르침’이란 여러 상황 속에서 이루어지는 일로서 다면적인 속성을 가지고 있다. 지식혁명시대를 살아가는 교사가 가르치는 일을 지속하기 위해서는 끊임없는 배움과 실천의 선순환이 필요하다. 교사가 학습자와 함께 의미 있는 방법으로 배우고 실천하기 위해서는 지식이나 사고 뿐 아니라 정서와 행동 등의 변화가 동시적, 복합적으로 이루어져야 하며, 이러한 맥락에서 자기성찰과 이를 확장해 나가기 위한 교육 문화 형성의 중요성이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 능동적 지식 창출에 목적을 두고 교사의 정체성 확립과 교수 동기를 불러일으키는 자기 성찰이 갖는 의미를 고찰하였다. 특히 ‘배움’과 관련하여 자기성찰이 가지는 가치와 의미지향적인 반성적 사고와의 관련성에 대해 고려하였으며, 나아가 교사의 자기성찰을 위한 교육문화는 어떠해야 하는지에 대한 고찰을 통하여 이해와 존중을 기반으로 한 상호존중의 학습 문화와 지식 창조에 관해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

‘Teaching , which takes place in various situations, has multidimensional aspects. Accordingly, a virtuous cycle of constant learning and practice is required for the teachers in order for them to continue to teach in the wake of the knowledge revolution. And in order for teachers to learn and practice in a meaningful way with the learners, emotions and behaviors as well as knowledge and thinking must be formed concurrently in an integrated manner. In this context, the importance of self-reflection and the formation of the culture of education are being newly highlighted in recent years. This study is aimed at investigating the significance of self-reflection which helps teachers establish their identity and motivates them teach with the aim of active knowledge creation. In particular, the relationship between the value of self-reflection and meaning-oriented reflective thinking in relation to learning will be explored in further detail. Additionally, the culture of learning and the creation of knowledge of mutual respect based on understanding and respect will be discussed by studying the kind of educational cultures that would be desirable to promote the self-reflection of teachers.
