우리나라 대학생의 행복감에 미치는 성격요인과 자기평가의 영향: 위계적 회귀분석 = The Effect of Personality Factors and Self-evaluation on the Sense of Happiness of Korean College Students: Hierarchical Regression Analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 5가지 성격요인(주도성, 우울감, 배려심, 면밀함, 판단력)과 자기평가의 2가지 요인(자기이해, 자기효능감)이 대학생의 행복지수에 미치는 영향을 위계적 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 한국직업능력개발원에서 제공하는 「한국교육고용패널(KEEP) II」(2019) 3차년도 자료 8,485건 중 5,283명 대학생의 자료를 활용하였다. 5요인 성격요인 검사와 자기이해 척도 점수를 분석하였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 성격요인에 자기평가요인을 추가한 모형 2의 설명력은 성격요인만을 고려한 모형 1보다 높았다. 대학생의 행복지수를 향상시키는 7개의 변수들 간 상대적 영향력을 살펴보면, 우울감이 가장 크고, 자기이해도, 자기효능감, 주도성, 배려감 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들이 자신의 성격을 이해하고 자신을 긍정적으로 평가하도록 돕는 프로그램을 설계하는데 도움을 제공할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of five personality factors (initiative, depression, consideration, accuracy, judgment) and two factors of self-evaluation (self-understanding, self-efficacy) on the sense of well-being of college students with hierarchical regression analysis. This study used data from 5,283 university students among 8,485 data from the 3rd year of the ‘Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP) II’ (2019) provided by the Korea Vocational Training Institute. The 5-factor personality test and self-understanding scale scores were analyzed. The explanatory power of Model 2, in which the self-evaluation factors were added to the personality factors was higher than that of Model 1, which only includes personality factors Looking at the relative influence between variables that improve the happiness of college students, depression was the largest, followed by self-understanding, self-efficacy, initiative, and a sense of consideration. The results of this study will help design some programs to assist college students to understand their personality and to evaluate themselves positively.
