전투기 개발이 국가경제에 미치는 효과 = Impacts of the KF-X Project on Korean Economy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국형전투기(KF-X) 개발사업의 경제적 타당성 분석의 일환으로 전투기 개발사업에 대한 투자가 대한민국의 경제 전반에 미치는 영향을 판단하기 위하여 산업파급효과와 기술파급효과를 분석하였다. 산업파급효과는 항공기산업과 KF-X 사업 각각을 투입계수로하는 산업연관분석을 실시하여 도출하였으며, 기술파급효과는 기존 연구결과들을 종합적으로 검토한 후 방법론을 정립하고, 전문가 설문기법을 활용하여 정량화하였다. 분석결과 KF-X 사업이 국가 경제에 미치는 파급효과는 자동차ㆍIT산업 등 우리나라의 주요 산업보다도 큰 것으로 평가되어 전투기 국내개발의 파급효과면에서의 타당성은 충분하다고 판단하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This report analyzed the spillover effects of the Korean fighter(KF-X) development project in order to determine the economic feasibility of the project. In order to analyze industry spillover effects, the Industrial-Linkage-Analysis was carried out, by the aircraft industry coefficients and the KF-X coefficients respectively. On the other hand, a quantifying methodology and formula were developed using the WBS Analysis and a Survey technique, and the technology spillover effect was accessed in the quantitative value. As the results, the spillover effect of the KF-X development on the national economy is estimated larger than Korea’s major industries, such as car & IT and is worth enough to develop.
