간호대학생의 성격유형, 자아상태 및 자아존중감 = Personality Type, Ego State and Self-esteem of Nursing Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine enneagram personality type, MBTI personality type, ego state, life position and self-esteem of nursing students. Data were collected by questionnaires from November 14 to November 18, 2016. Participants were 66 nursing students in B city. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics using SPSS 20.0 program. The highest type of enneagram was type 9 and the next type was 1 and 6 orderly. The triad of enneagram was consisted of gut type 57.6%, head type 28.8%, and heart type 13.6%. The disintegration rather than integration was highly measured. The most development level was level 5. The highest type of MBTI was ENFP and the highest state of ego state according to egogram was NP and the lowest state of ego state was CP. The highest life position was 'I'm OK, You're OK'. and self-esteem score was above-average. These findings can be utilized to development of mental health programs for increasing self awareness of nursing students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 에니어그램 성격유형, MBTI 성격유형, 자아상태, 인생태도 및 자아존중감을 확인하고자 시행되었다. 연구설계는 서술적 조사연구로, 자료수집기간은 2016년 11월 14일에서 11월 18일이었으며 대상자는 B시에 소재하는 T대학교 간호학과 1학년 66명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 서술적 통계방법으로 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 간호대학생의 에니어그램 성격유형은 9유형이 가장 많았고 그 다음으로 1유형, 6유형 순으로 나타났다. 힘의 중심에서는 장중심이 57.6%로 가장 많았으며 머리형 28.8%, 가슴형 13.6% 순이었다. 에너지방향은 분열방향이 통합방향보다 더 많았으며 발달수준은 5수준이 가장 많았다. MBTI 성격유형에서는 ENFP가 가장 많았으며 에고그램을 통해서 본 자아상태는 NP가 가장 높았고 CP가 가장 낮았다. 또한 인생태도에서는 자기긍정-타인긍정이 가장 많았으며 자아존중감도 평균 이상이었다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생에게 자신에 대한 이해를 증진시키며 자아인식 향상을 위한 정신건강 프로그램을 개발하는데 유용하게 활용될 것이다.
