Recently, edge computing technology has been applied to low-latency application services such as autonomous vehicles to enable fast data processing and intelligent services. However, these lowlatency services require the deployment of multiple clusters across various geographical locations to provide uninterrupted and continuous services between regions. Unfortunately, various service failures have been occurring. To address these challenges, we aim to develop a platform that enhances the high availability of related applications and integrates cloud services to enable large-scale AI applications, not only in edge computing environments. Therefore, this paper presents the design and implementation of the 3LT cloud-edge platform, which supports multiple clusters and offers diverse forms of services.
