The purpose of this study was to analyze the preferences for items related to differentiation plans through the satisfaction of the residents of the apartment houses to secure the disaster safety of the apartment houses, and to present the planning direction of the apartment houses. This study was conducted to understand the satisfaction of 120 residents of apartment houses, including residential officetels, and urban housing. related to disaster safety through online surveys. The results were as follows. First, in terms of disaster safety, evacuation space, fine dust air quality, disaster evacuation evacuation route, earthquake, infectious disease, fire safety, typhoon, and flood were the lowest in satisfaction. Second, in the preference survey related to the apartment differentiation plan, the preference for non-burnable exterior finishing materials and insulation materials was the highest in public spaces, and in unit households, the installation of a disaster warning system that could be easily recognized by the safety weak was highest. Based on these results, this study presents a plan for differentiating apartment houses related to disaster safety.
