국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 신장 이식 후 발생하는 지속적인 단백뇨는 이식신 기능소실의 중요한 표지자이지만, 단백뇨가 이식신 기능부전의 단순한 결과인지 혹은 이식신 기능부전을 유발하는 원인적 인자인지는 아직 분명하지 않다. 저자들은 신장 이식 후 단백뇨와 이식신 기능소실의 연관성을 분석함으로써 이식신 기능소실에 있어서 이식 후 단백뇨가 미치는 병인적 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 방법 : 신장 이식 수술을 받고 1년 이상 경과 후 단백뇨 혹은 고질소혈증이 발생하여 이식신 생검
