예비교원을 위한 AI 디지털교과서 활용 교수 설계 교육 프로그램 개발 = Development of an instructional design program using the AI digital textbook for pre-service teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

AI 디지털교과서의 효과적인 도입을 위해 교원의 교수설계 역량이 요구되며, 이를 위한 체계적인 교육이 필요하다. 그러나 현재까지 현직교원이 아닌 예비교원을 대상으로 AI 디지털교 과서 활용 교수설계를 다루는 교육 프로그램은 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 예비교원이 AI 디지털교과서를 활용한 교수설계를 경험할 수 있도록 돕는 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목표로 한다. 설계개발 연구 방법론을 활용하여 선행문헌 및 요구 분석을 기반으로 초기 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 전문가 타당화 및 현장 평가를 통해 타당도를 검 증하였다. 연구 결과, AI 디지털교과서 이해 및 활용을 포함한 총 15차시 교육 프로그램이 개발되었으며, 타당도와 만족도 모두 높은 수준을 보였다. 교육에 참여한 예비교원들은 AI 디 지털교과서 기능을 체험하고 수업 설계에 적용함으로써 교수설계 역량이 향상되었다고 평가 하였다. 본 연구는 예비교원을 위한 AI 디지털교과서 활용 교수설계 교육을 선제적으로 개발하고 실행하여 그 타당성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

This study aims to develop and validate an instructional design program using AI digital textbook for pre-service teachers. Effective integration of AI digital textbooks requires strong instructional design skills, necessitating a systematic training program for pre-service teachers. Using a design and development research methodology, this study developed an initial program based on literature review and needs analysis, followed by expert validation and field evaluation. As a result, a 15-session training program covering AI digital textbook comprehension and instructional application was developed, demonstrating high validity and satisfaction levels. Participants reported improved instructional design competency through hands-on experience with AI digital textbooks and lesson planning. This study is significant as it proactively develops and implements an AI digital textbook-based instructional design training program for pre-service teachers, addressing the current lack of related training and verifying its validity.
