We designed a synchronization system to expand the area of a laser fabrication. Due to recent development of laser application technology, it was widely applied such as in solar cells, displays, electronic components, automotive industry and so on. However, by using laser precision fabrication is possible only to a small area. In order to increase processing area with a long focal length is how to use the object lens. However, the distortion of the lens itself, and errors due to thennal drift of the scanner relative to the focal length is larger. In this paper, we was designed a integrate system for a large area fabrication through a synchronization of scanner and stage without increasing the focal length.
