The purpose of this study is to derive the duty and task performed by CS instructors through job analysis, to present the direction of the job to the first CS instructor, and to prepare basic data for the education and training process to foster CS instructors. For the above research, DACUM workshops were conducted centering on field experts with more than 10 years of experience as CS instructors to derive responsibilities, tasks, and work factors. The contents derived through the analysis were verified by a group of four experts with a related degree and more than 15 years of experience at the manager level in the CS education field. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the job of a CS instructor was derived from 6 responsibilities, 26 tasks, and 111 working elements. The derived responsibilities are 'A customer satisfaction survey', 'B employee service monitoring', 'C CS education plan establishment', 'D CS education development and progress', 'E CS education follow-up management', and 'F CS education promotion marketing', and each responsibility includes 3 to 5 tasks. Second, knowledge, skills, and attitudes for each task were derived to perform 26 tasks. Among the six responsibilities, the most work and work elements were derived from 'Monitoring B Employee Service' and 'Development and Progression of DCS Education', and it was confirmed that the amount of knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to perform them was significant. Based on these research results, conclusions and implications were presented.
