노인의 예술심리치료 프로그램 인식이 심리적 안녕감과 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인의 예술심리치료 프로그램 인식이 심리적 안녕감과 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 울산시 노인복지센터 4곳, 노인 225명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인의 예술심리치료 프로그램 인식이 심리적 안녕감과 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 심리적 안녕감의 하위요인 성취, 관계 요인은 성공적 노화에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 심리적 안녕감의 하위요인 애착, 지배 요인은 성공적 노화에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 노인의 심리적 안녕감의 성취, 관계 요인이 높을수록 성공적 노화가 높게 나타난다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 노인이 지각하는 예술심리치료 프로그램 인식이 심리적 안녕감과 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 의의가 있으며, 이러한 결과를 통해 성공적 노화를 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of elderly people’s perception of art psychotherapy programs on psychological well-being and successful aging. The subjects of this study included 225 elderly people from 4 elderly welfare centers in Ulsan city. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of examining the effect of the elderly’s perception of art psychotherapy programs on psychological well-being and successful aging, it was found that achievement and relational factors of psychological well-being significantly positively affected successful aging. On the other hand, it was found that attachment and dominant factors, sub-factors of psychological well-being, had no significant effect on successful aging. This means that the higher the achievement of psychological well-being and the higher the relationship factor, the more successful aging appears. This study is meaningful in revealing the influence of the perception of art psychotherapy programs perceived by the elderly on psychological well-being and successful aging, and ultimately, these results are considered to be basic data for preparing measures for successful aging.
