The authors pmmt a case of non-mymtic aneuIysm arising h m the m a r g ~ ~ I branch of the left superior cetebellar artery(SCA) in a 65-year-dd female. Cerebral angiography disclosed a saccular aneurysm(3X3mm) at the origin of marginal branch of the left SCA. Tbe aneurysm was sucuddy clipped through the infratentorialapracerebellar approach. Since the aneurysm from the marginal branch of the SCA is rare, we report here brieily.
