개인 면접상담을 위한 기독교상담 구조화 -그리스도 요법을 중심으로- = Structuring for Clinical Interview -Centering Christotherapy

Those who starts the process of Christian Counseling Internship want to gain a theoretical knowledge of counseling with passion. But when they face clients in the session of counseling they used to confront the many problems. Particularly, if they know not only of resistance of clients, but also lack of knowledge about the Christian approach to counseling, they used to be desperately discouraged as a Christian Counselor. For this reason, this essay tries to present a form of Ten sessions for Christian interview structuring from the perspective of Christotherapy, which is a psychological counseling based upon Christian spirituality. It helps the Christian Counseling Internship not to be anxious about the clinical interview and can gives them a Christian perspective for counseling as well. This structuring of clinical interview emphasizes the Healing and Growth through Enlightenment of Christotherapy as the ultimate goal for counseling. Two processes of individual counseling will be included in this individual counseling, the first step is called as Mindfasting(purification), the second one Spirit-feasting(unification). The Mindfasting will be understood as an existential diagnosis, which explores the negative elements of the clients. The Spirit-feasting means an existential discernment, which attempts the transformation of conflicts of the clients into an inner joy by the help of the Holy spirit. It is not easy to process the counseling based upon the Ten-sessions structuring as presented. Neverthless it will be meaningful not only to give an orientation of Christian counseling process, but also to suggest a guideline to Korean Pastoral Counseling world for recovering their identity of Christian Counseling through the Christotherapy, which is connected Christian spirituality with contemporary psychotherapies.
