This is a study on a high speed and high accuracy position determination control about Linear DC Motor (LDM) as a controlled system.
In this research, a linear encoder using magnetic resistive effect element is used as the dual mode position determination control method consisting of speed and analog controls.
The speed contol is realized on a linear switching line according to Bang-bang control in the shortest time. By the proposed method, existence condition and robustness of sliding mode are also studied. An analog position control is constructed from linear feedback control system and LDM is stopped and kept at the origin. Finally through experiments the effectiveness of the above method is certified.
