국방 연구개발 사업의 제도적 비용관리 및 획득단계 비용평가 방안 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This Study focused on R&D projects cost management and cost evaluating techniques in each R&D phases. First this paper will take you through an evaluating process, focusing on how to apply PRICE model in each developing phase in Korean environment. The methodology employs an approach that takes information from the very general to the very specific, making our estimate progressively more detailed.
  Second systematic cost management methods were proposed for Defense R&D Projects. In the Process of Defend R&D aquisition, using IPT(integrating process team) to execute the project and improving weapon system aquisition management rules were required. Also cost information management system need to be constructed and EVMS(Earned Value Management System)were suggested for cost management and control in the R&D Process.
