The purpose of this study is to set up a clinical instruction model that can be easily adapted to meet the English teaching skills course in the teacher training programs.
The most important element in the teacher training program is that teacher trainees should be given their teaching experiences in a class of real pupils in order to get their own professional standards of their teacher behavior and teaching skill, However, they don's have the opportunity enough to practise their teaching experiences in the real class on account of many logistical problems.
An alternative approach is suggested that the teacher trainees should be given their clinical
teaching experiences in the university campus. This study attempts to set up new model for theefficient approximation of the real teaching experiences, incorporating, simulation and peer assessment system to save the time, to stimulate the real environment and to get effective indirect or alternative experiences, respective1y. Presented here is an internal teaching model designed to control the external factors of instruction management and the internal factors of instruction skins. A central axiom of this study is that while education is an enormous and complex system, the heart of the system is the classroom.
